EuroLeague Minimum Team Budget: €7 Million Euros

1. The EuroLeague set the minimum budget for any team to compete in the league at €7 million euros.

2. Whatever a EuroLeague team's budget is, no matter how high it is, the owners of the teams can contribute 55% to the budget, while the other 45% has to come from revenues for the 21-22 season. While it changes to 50% and 50% for the 22-23 season.

3. The EuroLeague created its first ever league collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the EuroLeague player's association.

Big $$ in Philippines, Kay isn't playing in Japan for 10% more, more like 30%.

Odd including PBA in that list as the money on offer isn't that much for imports, even lower than what NBL clubs offer, but as the Philippines is a third world country with a low cost of living the local players live more comfortably than NBL locals do here.
