Blanchfield knee surgery; out 3-4 months

A shame coming off a breakout type season

I think it's a smart move for the wildcats to move quickly on this, and an indication that they are expecting a season delay.
Could be the case that he misses very few games if it’s a December / January start

Luke Travers is in for a massive year.

The delayed start to season means hopefully he doesn't miss too many games.

Travers would slide into starting spot.
Shervill will get time too.
This is Perths deepest position I think they will be fine.

Perth are screwed. Write them off as playoff participants this season.

Perth still don't have a starting C. Who are the likely options? Hodgson?

Mills has stated we are waiting until NBA rosters are finalized until seeing who is available. That should happen in the next few weeks.

It's likely we have our eye on a few fringe NBA big guys and are waiting to see if they make a roster.

Also possible we sign a Next Stars player to help cover Blanchfield.
