Does anyone have any ideas on how the NBL should navigate this issue during the regular season, can't see cancelling games as soon as there is a positive case in the team being successful long term especially as there is more chances of exposure as more of Aus opens up?

It's going to be tricky.
Only allowed vaccinated fans in and get tested if feeling crook. 2022 was something to look forward too, hopefully it stays that way.
Test all players twice a week and don’t play the positive ones till tests are clear.

They're not going to a hub. They will manage outbreaks as they come. The issue will be if premiers start shutting the borders again
