The McKay Timber Hobart Chargers are pleased to announce the signing of U.S Small Forward Wayne Stewart.
Hailing from Philadelphia, Stewart played the bulk of his college basketball with Texas A&M Commerce, finishing his senior season averaging 18.8 Points Per Game on a phenomenal 62.3% from the field and 45.7% from outside the arc.
Showing no signs of slowing down, Stewart has been dominating the 2021-22 BLNO season in Norway. The 201cm forward currently sits third in the league in scoring at 22.6 Points Per Game, and continues to shoot the lights out at a clip of 62.3% from the floor and an astonishing 50.7% from three-point land!
Stewart also stands out when it comes to advanced numbers in the BLNO, leading the league in Player Efficiency Rating and Effective Field Goal Percentage.
All of this has seen Stewart help lead his team to a 16-4 record, the second-best winning percentage in the entire BLNO for this season.
