If the act government don't want it, won’t fix it. Just give it away.
It has been used since mid 2020 and only recently used as vaccination hub.
Perfect size stadium for Canberra being 5500-6000 seats.

No one in canberra is from canberra. Bit like the gold coast. Tough places for sporting teams.

The wnbl team has been well supported, people forget they had a full ais arena of 5000 in the finals series.
Add an nbl team and I think 3500 people would show up each game and grow.
