Damn, sucks to lose him, but happy for him all the same.

Really kicked on this past season I hadn't seen much to rate him at Perth and even the Kings were only prepared to give him a replacement player contract although they did say he would likely remain on the roster the whole season. A bit surprised the Kings didn't do more to keep him. He was a regular in their starting lineup and provides solid defence.

Good luck to him at the Hawks.

Will the Hawks keep Ogilvi and others.

Even though AJ was captain he certainly did not hit the court during most of the season and you would think why keep him.

All those dollars for someone who is sitting on the bench.

Same with a number of players.

Interesting signing, I assume he will take Whites minutes , who I thought did a good job for the hawks off the bench

He would want to be going for a hell of a lot more than 7.6 mins per game

Shots fired

Bigger blow to Sydney that initial appearances IF the Kings import trio and Cooks also leave, as it'll reduce roster stability even further

Ironically though if the Kings aren't able to retain our big names, harder to justify having a defensive specialist in the starting 5 also. I like Wani a lot though, if he can knock down like 35-40% of his wide open looks in particular he'll turn into a real asset.
