Why would they recruit a 6'4" guard then they already have Cotton, Webster, Henshall & Pepper? I can see Henshall leaving after this season and dominating for another team

I agree Andrew, doesn't make sense, they've said they're after a wing all off-season, then now pick up a combo guard?

At least he looks like he can play - All-League second team in the Liga ACB is very very high level.

If it is Thomasson, looks like a serious pick up but just doesn't make sense in terms of the roster.

The big thing to consider is signing windows for different leagues.

Timing wise, look to the pass Mills era.

TaeShawn and Manek were signed relatively early. They admittedly went early on TaeShawn because he was a good big available.

Think about how late we signed Doolittle last season. I think we will see signing around similar timing based on other leagues.

This time last year, Usher was in town ready for pre-season against NBL1 West All-Stars.

It was great Mark Arena shutting down the Thomasson rumour.

Lots of young athletic talent in the NBL1 West let alone the other conferences, surely we're looking towards there to build the back end of our rotation and fill those DP spots?
