Bit of cash exchanging hands between the korean team and the refs. Some horrific calls in this one

Goulding incredible, in a rich vein for form. DJV throwing up bricks, just keeps shooting and missing, would be a frustrating teammate. Kay very solid all game. Hickey seems out of his depth at this level, turns the ball over consistently. Henshell is a real talent but needs to work on his handle.

The handshake seals the contract
From the contract there's no turning back
The turning point of a career
In Korea being insincere

DJ throwing up bricks but none of them were shots you would want him passing up IMO.
I've enjoyed Henshall's work in these games.

Goulding always a great watch. In some sort of form of late, at 36 if you don't mind

Another insane shooting performance by Goulding.
Hopefully they bring in some new talent next stage.
Norton, Hickey, Furphy, Bowen, Froling I think can take a seat.

Surprised how little impact Froling has made in these games. Olbrich appears better suited fro this team going forward .

Weedy Slug would like to see a game between current line up and your "not here but options.." group. Reckon it would, at least, be close with the "not here but options.." team slight faves!
Oh, and got to question your quals when you categorise Goulding as "insane". I am possibly as qualified, and I do agree wholeheartedly!

There's no question that Goulding is one of the best shot makers the NBL has ever seen. But when it comes to turning up against top flight international teams he's always underwhelmed. I am not surprised he can hit ten threes against a team like Korea. But in games that mattered against top 10 international teams he's never been as consistent as even Jack McVeigh was at the last Olympics and thats ultimately why he lost his spot.

Except Goulding scored an equal team-high 19 points against the USA in Melbourne in 2019.

Brought it up before but is MacDonald too short for a proper crack at the Boomers?

Google, the NBL website and Wikipedia all say 6'3".
Even on court he looks a touch taller than 6'3".

Goulding's omission from the Olympics was a colossal blunder.
Daniels over Thybulle was the right move.

"Except Goulding scored an equal team-high 19 points against the USA in Melbourne in 2019."
In a warm up game. His shooting averages against better teams in world cup and olympics is like 30 percent
