Who Actually Owns the 36er's
Does anyone have clarity on the current ownership of the 36ers or who holds part ownership?

I mean, it's fairly well-known that its Grant Kelly, unless you're being facetious

GK in kahoots with Kestelman. Larry paid for Harrell and you can be certain he's involved in paying Cotton. It's no wonder other owners are taking him to court. Notice how Adelaide have stayed very silent on all of it and are not involved. It's not a level playing field when the owner of the league is paying for players outside of that teams cap because it's 'good for the league'. There is zero way Adelaide could afford or are willing to pay the gabillion dollars that Cotton is getting, alone. LK was complicit in getting rid of Ninnis, bringing in Wells and paying for Harrell. He desperately wants Adelaide to be successful and despite the free ride they get, they still manage to screw it up.

Any evidence Pablo to back up those accusations?

Yeah I have heard the same LK is a silent partner in the 36er's! Trying to get that team value up now!!!!

Trevor, just FYI you don't use an apostrophe for a plural. If you're going to be a smart ass...

36ers not 36er's
You can have a 36er, the 36ers or the 36ers’

Considering LK invested directly in GK's "property fund", its pretty obvious

GK said he has "moved on" and is establishing a new private equity fund with $100 million of seed money from wealthy backers including property developer LK and Adelaide-based investor Pelligra, a sponsor of the Adelaide 36ers basketball team.

Wow, JT — are you an English major or something? This is just a forum, buddy! Or should I say GK? We all know LK is pumping up the value of the 36ers with this deal, especially since GK was trying to offload them for cheap a few years back and LK wasn't having a bar of it!

Sunday Dech has signed with the Wildcats. Doesn't quite offset the loss of Cotton, but the former 36er's defence will be a welcome addition to our backcourt.
Just saying ...

So I might have missed this contest, but Lachy Reid very speculatively wondering if LK owns some shares in Adelaide and whether part of the deal with Cotton is an ownership stake.

In the press conference GK was specifically asked if Bryce gets equity as part of the deal and said: no.

I wouldn't expect him to say yes even if it was true - business negotiations rarely get publicised until the deal is done, and given the smell around the NBL and LK right now ...

GK might not be in a position to answer that question anyway if he has say sold x amount of the Sixers to LK, that might be LK's business what he does with a part of his share.
