Queensland South men looking the goods.
Boys comp very close at the top end.

Girls gold - vic metro will face Queensland south.
Both teams very dominant in their pools.

Well a few surpises in todays games.

NSW Metro men smacked by Vic Metro by 50 points.NSW only scored 29 points in the entire match.

Looking at the draw on the BA website how do these two teams play each other again tomorrow morning.

NSW Country boys finishing ahead of Metro and this would be the first time in many years.

Country girls have had an improved finish in a number of years also.

NSW Metro girls are not going as well as probably expected.

Vic Country boys started the week well and just been defeated by WA Country-a real surprise defeat.

Vic Metro in boys and girls will be hard to beat.

On the website the draw for tomorrow and sunday are exactly the same.Another stuff up.

Qld with some of the worst uniform designs, since Team USA white numbers on white top. How difficult is it really?

Qld South boys (1st seed) losing to SA Metro (4th seed) a huge upset.

Both Qld girls teams in the top 4.

SA Metro girls not making top 8.

Thought that the girls standard is way below last year.

Queensland South getting beaten in the boys was far from a surprise - they were too one dimensional, SA metro did a great job of negating Kaeslers impact on the game and Qld South had no plan B. VIC Country getting rolled by WA country was somewhat of a surprise, but realistically, they were always going to struggle to get past a semi final stage at best, as the selected team lacked the balance to go with the better teams in the tournament.

Both VIC Metro and NSW Country had comfortable wins, and looked good doing it.

SAM boys did what they needed to as a team, together.

SAM girls week was predicted by everyone outside the inner circle. Hopefully this will be a much needed wake up call to a few, including BSA. Highly unlikely though.

The girls final was a snoozefest. Lots of first-time head coaches and it showed: the standard across the board has been very ordinary compared to last year. Tassie overachieving as usual after beating Vic Country for 5th. SA Metro and NSW Country underachieve.

I can't imagine Queensland would be happy with their results: 3rd, 4th, 6th and 11th.

3rd and 4th aren't bad results. Tournament play means not everything is controlable. Even 6th isn't poor for Qld.

More questions to be asked in NSW and SA IMO.

Muting the GF broadcast, the pro Vic commentary is quite poor. As are commentators at a junior event working for BA complaining about the refereeing.

Well another 16 Nationals done and deusted.

Vic Metro show why they are the best state in Australia with convincing wins in both the boys and girls divisions.

NSW Metro women finished 2nd and bought the score down from the smashing they had in the earlier round games against Vic Metro.

NSW Metro boys ended in the bottom end of the table and should be very dissapointed with this finish and Congrats to the Country boys taking the bronze which is a big step up from where they have usually finished down the bottom end of the table in years past.

NSW Country girls started okay but fell down towards the end of the week.

What will BNSW look to do to improve the results and get the athletes up to standard to all compete hard.

SA and QLD will be looking at their results.

WA Country boys should be really proud of their finish as this is the first time in many years that they have finished top 4.

Both finals played out the way they should have considering the opponents faced. Having watched a lot of the boys games this week, I felt NSW Country had the talent to well and truly take it up to Vic Metro given another shot, but a poor performance (their worst for the week), cost them a chance for a rematch. It will be interesting to follow this age group through to 18's, as I think they have the size and talent to challenge again strongly in two years, if they can keep the core of that group together. WA Metro will also be one to watch in 18’s, as they had good size and talent, but were immature in shape and build to some of the other teams this go round.
