NBL POTW Round 14: Rucker

POTW for Round 14 was deservedly won by Derek Rucker after 22 points and 14 assists against Adelaide, and then 45 points against the Pigs. Both games were wins for the Bullets.

CJ Bruton came close, averaging 27 points and 5 assists in two Kings wins.

Other contenders this week were

Bobby Brannen (Brisbane), Stephen Black (Brisbane), Chris Anstey (Melbourne), Oscar Forman (Adelaide), Brett Maher (Adelaide), Anthony Stewart (Cairns), Martin Cattalini (Cairns), Jason Smith (Sydney), Aaron Trahair (Hunter), Mike Helms (Hunter), Clint Reed (West Sydney), Peter Crawford (Perth), Shawn Redhage (Perth), Brad Newley (Townsville), Robert Rose (Townsville) and Cortez Groves (Wollongong).
Maher had 15 points and 9 assists against Brisbane and 28 points, 7 assists and 5 steals against Perth as the Sixers split their week 1-1. Forman had an equal-season-high of 18 against the Bullets, and 7 points against the Wildcats (it's nice that he got a mention, but surely averaging 12.5 PPG and not much in the way of other stats is a bit low for the list? Holmes had better stats, albeit in more court time. Anyway!).
