Most Suprising thing about the new NBA Season

What would everyone consider to be the most suprising thing about this season so far. Ive got a few things:

1. The improvement of Mehmet Okur and Boris Diaw
2. Indiana not winning games/The Ron Artest situation
3. Shaq thinking he needed some more pounds, ARE U KIDDING!?
4. Elton Brand's form.
5. Managing to get Brevin Knight in the 9th round of my fantasy draft. (12pts, 8assists pg)

Now for the not so suprising:
1. New York and Atlanta sucking
2. Pistons dominating
3. Spurs going through seemingly unnoticed.
4. Tyson Chandler underachieving
5. Shaq getting injured.

Can anyone think of anymore?

Surprising that Miami have a poor record with such a stacked team.

Not suprising- Kobe putting up 40+ shot attempts per game.

Surprising- That Phill Jackson puts up with his sh*t!

I wouldn't say the Heat had a stacked team, if you could take the current Wade and put him with the Shaq, Mourning, Payton and Walker of 5 years ago then I'd agree, but at the moment I'd say there's really only 2 superstars (one of whom is always injurred) and a bunch of role players. It's not surprising they've struggled with Shaq out for so long.

Hey Adams Apple........You seen the Lakers record.......why would Jackson care, when the teams winning

And before you mouth off.....look at the box scores......he hasnt had a 40+ shot game yet.....or are you including F/T attempts as well...LOL

antoine walker is still a 20 and 10 man. Their team is stacked like a mofo. Payton is championship hunting again! Lets just hope he doesnt get one this year.

1 word - Clippers!

These guys had an awesome start to the season however losing a few but beating the rockets today makes them 14-8, remeber early on in the season they were 13-4!

SUPRISING
- Clippers are winning (happy for them too)
- Indiana (cant believe I said they'd win it all)
- Andrew Bougt taking more than 100 shots less than Frye, Paul, Williams and Villanueva
- Seattle doing so bad

NOT SUPRISING
- Ron Artest finding a new way for himself to sit the season out(possibly)
- Kobe not playing team ball
- Steve Nash showing last year wasnt a fluke(18 points and 10 assists)
- Houston sucked without T-mac
- Baron and J-Rich's Warriors doing so well

Surprising
- Clippers & Elton Brand
- The hornets being just under .500
- Larry Hughes not living up to standards at the cavs.
- I thought Yao was gonna take care of things when T-Mac was injured... how wrong I was.
- Clifford Robinson starting for the nets at the age of 88
- No reports of Phil and Kobe fueding
- LeBron having a 50+ point game and the Cavs losing - 2nd time in a row.
- Okur - the most underrated player in the NBA (he took the crown from Brand)
- Walker starting on the bench - what the hell are Miami thinking? OK - Im no coach but this guy averaged 19 points and 9 rebounds last year

And the No.1 Surprise this season:
- Who would have thought last year that the Clippers would have a better record than the Suns??? (Amare might have something to do with this. If it wasnt for Nash, the Suns would be finished...)

Not surprising
- Artest not knowing what the hell he wants to do with his life
- Bogut being dunked on by Garnett (anyone see that reverse dunk)
- AK-47 being able to play more than 3 minutes in a row without getting injured
- Marion - giving me consistent performances for my fantasy team
- TJ Ford's Alley-op dunk - I didnt think this guy could jump that high - especially since his spinal chord injury
- Darko still getting 30 seconds in garbage time (anyone notice what a great shot blocker he is? 6.22 blocks per 48 minutes)
- Duncan's 19 double-doubles in 23 games - is this guy the best PF ever? And nobody say Malone is better.
- Redd shooting 50% from 3-point land

No. 1 not surprising thing
- Iverson leading the scorers again. When will this guy slow down?

No Surprising - I can't believe that nobody has put down Kwame Brown still sucking big time.

Most surprsising - No NBA Team has called up Chris Anstey since he is "Better than Bogut, one on one!"

Sure the Pacers aren't breathing down Detroit's necks atm, but they still have the 2nd best record in the East.

Biggest suprise : The Clips, I thought they'd struggle on defense.

Least suprising : The Pistons can play without Larry Brown.
