ABL Preseason Work Load

Hi guys and girls, i was just interested in getting a snap shot of how often teams are training a week for the up coming season ABL season.

Tues night - the Ed .Its young ,but so firm!!

Thursday night - E E E see reason above and good drinks specials.

Sat Night - Archer .All players must run up and down the stairs at least 4 times during the night . And an intensive boogie session is required after 7-10 pints are comsumed before you can go home.
OR
You can shoot 2 free throws into the cleavage of passers by from the balcony with screwed up bits of paper coasters.

norwood had 1 week off after summer grand finals. been 3 times a week since. tues running - snakepit/belair national park, thurs medicine ball/fitness, sunday 5 on 5 training
