New Mexico hoopster in trouble
Dumb basketballer story of the day: Ryan Kersten's teammate at New Mexico, Kyle Prochaska, is in a spot of bother.
Brief summary:
- Prochaska is found by cops passed out drunk in the back seat of a car, which while driven up to, and now leaning on, a fence, has its front tyre missing
- Prochaska loses it when the cops wake him up, gets dosed with pepper spray
- Once cuffed and loaded in the police vehicle, Prochaska starts spitting all over the car, requiring officers to cover his face with a "spit hood".
- He's the fourth (!) NM player to be in legal strife since July.
(Spit hood is so my favourite new phrase.)
