Junior finals - 18 boys

Any thoughts on the 2 teams that will be competing in the grand finals for the 18 boys competition?

Div 1 You'd have to say Southern would get over the line after a gutsy win over West on Sunday at the Cage. West will take on Woodville in the preliminary after a sturring win by the smallest of margins over Norwood this too, was played at the Cage.

Div 2 North advanced into the grand final eventually running out winners by a few points over Woodville on Sunday after a very long last couple of minutes due to the clock not being started on a couple of occasions in the dying moments of the game. Woodville will take on Forestville who came from behind to beat southern by just 2 points trailing 25 11 at half time, the Eagles turned it around in the 2nd half, hitting the winning shot with just 8 seconds to go that shot put them in front for the first time during the game. So it's the Eagles and Woodville in the preliminary they played each other on the Friday Woodville ran out winners by 6 points this week it's sudden death and very hard to pick a winner.

Div 3 Forestville are through to the grand final after a comprehensive victory over Southern. This leaves Southern to battle it out with Sturt this Friday night, after Sturt held off Woodivlle on the Sunday. I believe Sturt led by as many as 17 in the last quarter, to then give the lead to Woodivlle however steadied late, and won by a couple of points!

Any thoughts on these 3 divisions aren't sure on the div 4 competition just at the moment.

Div 1 - I would think the GF would be a replay of Sunday, with the result going down to the death again.

Div 2 - If Woodville make it through to the GF don't be surprised if they come away with the win. Lead for more of the game than North on Sunday just lacked a bit of composier in the last qtr. IF the coach can settle himself down and stay calm he could well lead them to victory.

tigers will choke in final as with every other gf they make. whoever they face only needs to put pressure on and they will crack.
