Nike Huarache 2K4

Hey, can anyone tell me what the little strip of elastic that is stitched vertically on the inside of the ankle straps of the Nike Hurrache (sp?) 2K4's are for. Theyre good shoes by the way, id recomend 'em to any guards.

This feature is for tucking your laces away neatly before strapping the velcro ankle piece. Sadly however, it is rarely utilised.
