Plenty of recent ex-NBA players, past and future NBA draftees and European stars to be seen in the Euroleague games. Maccabi won the title in 2004 and 2005, and Winterthur in 2003. CSKA's most recent victory was in 1971, although they are perrenial contenders, and Tau has never won the Euroleague title, although they have a strong squad in recent years.
