Sixers 2nd import

Are the sixers still waiting for their second import signature, or was that just all hype before release of season tickets?

Thought they had three or four contracts on the table and were just waiting to see who signed first. Probably can't afford any more players - paying too much into pension scheme for aging players already signed!
