finals format for other divs

Can anyone tell me how the finals are structured for divs with 11 or more teams competing?

Same as other comps in junior. Top 5.

In seniors

Week 1/ 3 v 6 and 4 v 5
Week 2/ 1 v 2 and winner of other games.
Week 3/ loser or 1 v 2 V other winner.

Week 4/ WInner of 1 v 2 V other winner.

should be top 6 in larger groups and top 4 in smaller
