Dragons sign Kavossy Franklin

"The South Dragons have added explosive two-guard Kavossy Franklin to their inaugural roster, the Houston-born 31-year-old set to arrive in Melbourne on Wednesday morning."

When he played for Hunter he averaged 20 points and four assits. A back court of Franklin and Heal will be good but a bit too old.

C Fuller 211 cm
F Drmic 202 cm
F Holmes
G Franklin
G Heals

Bench

F Ingles
F Hobba 205 cm
C Burston 210 cm
G Shanahan
G Quick

This team has height and talent.

Bit too old or bit too experienced? Farley and Maher aren't as young as they used to be too, but most clubs would love that backcourt.

I think Dragons and Slingers will shake up the Top 8 this year, maybe make it quite deep into finals.

Sept 20, can't wait.

To really make it an interesting season, the NBL should go to a top 6 and drip this elimination game idea IMO
