ABL: Major Retirements : A Sad Day

Two of the nicest basketballers in SA that I have had the pleasure of watching, talking and drinking with, have announced their retirements from the game. They will be sadly missed by their team mates, club and even their adversaries on the court!

Hope the two of them visit Hoops to formally announce their departure and maybe tell all of us who they thought were their biggest on court challenges, best or hardest coaches, funniest times had and what win was the one they liked most. And any other interesting titbits!

Farewell, your new found R&R is our loss and other players gain. Hope you do some coaching though.

Heard Jason Dix annonced his retirement last night at training, and his wife aswell in the women's team.

Goodluck in Newcastle Dix, get past Dandenong, and who knows how far your Eagles could go!

Good way for both of them to go out in grand finals!

Sure, Kylie didn't have a taste of success due to one player not passing, but still going out in a grand final is awesome stuff!

Dix and Kylie, good luck with the rest of your lives, we appereciate what you've done for F/Ville.

Thanks and congrats!
