Funny Paul Rees Testimonial

Heads up for an upcoming special event. On September 14, the 36ers are holding a Paul Rees Testimonial evening.

$49 (adults, $10 for U14) gets you entry to the Perth Wildcats pre-season game (7PM) at the Dome, plus two hours of food and drink in the Apollo Restaurant from 9PM.

Any night dedicated to Reesy will be full of stories so you'll be guaranteed a few laughs.

There's a bit more info at the 36ers site, so head over there if you're interested. To book your spot, contact the club.

For those heading along just for the Wildcats game, adult tickets are $5 at the door, while U14s are free.

September 14, 7PM at the Dome.

Heard that Rees himself is running his own show...even to the point of charging his own team mates 26 bucks to attend! Guess he couldn't include the free ticket to the Wildcat's game?

The testimonial night that was to follow the Wildcats pre-season game has been postponed:

The Paul Rees Testimonial Night has been postponed to a date to be confirmed.

The Club felt that Paul deserved greater recognition of his service to the Club and the game and thus have decided to postpone the event to coincide with an in-season NBL game at the Dome where Paul can be presented to all season ticket holders and corporate partners.

Paul has had a fantastic career with the Pura Milk 36ers and we look forward to his Testimonial Game as an opportunity to acknowledge his achievements and say "Thanks Big Fella"
