Was a good game. The white team won. Cant remember the exact score. Think it was about 99 - 95

Darren Ng tore it up at one point scoring 4 straight 3s and about 13 points in 2 minuts in the 2nd quarter. He finished with 31 I think. Mastro and Nash also scored in the twenties I think.

Blue teams score was spread quite evenly between Farely, Maher, Copeland and Horvath.

How serious did people think this game was? I thought both teams would really slug it out as practice for the real thing but I don't think that was the case. It's hard to take it too seriously when Farley only drives into the carpark 10 minutes before tip off. Obviously preparing his body for the game was not that important. He was most unimpressive today, hope that is no indication of when the real games begin. Majstrovich, Copeland and Horvath looked good. I got the impression that they will add great strength to the team. I am confident that this team will do well this season even though today's scrimmage did not show that. What are other's impression who attended today?

I thought the game looked pretty serious, Copes and Maestro down the stretch.... that was serious stuff.
Maestro technically is very very clean, pure small forward, great skills.
Nick, pure blue collar.
Yes Willie was late, but he is in great shape, and was playing serious D.
Now if only the two big centres were fit.....

Anyone could have came if they wanted to, but for most people the barrier would have been that it was at Mount Barker. It's not that far from the city guys! Only about 35km! A nice drive up the freeway!

It wasn't a full house but a decent crowd considering it was Father's Day and all. The match was taken fairly seriously by the players I thought. Most played well and the shooting was excellent in my opinion.

farley played D? not in the game i watched

brooks couldn't get the blue team over the line even though it would have been considered the more talented, maher, copeland - farley, even having five time outs in the second half.

farley left a lot to be desired his points coming at the end when the game was all but over and made the score line more flattering.

can only think he got lost getting there, poor effort indeed.

Maybe Ng will get more minutes than expected after all. He is coming off an amazing ABA season.

I expect that Hill will end up riding the pine again after all.
