Is ABL relevent for SA?

As interstate teams have a larger salary cap than our local teams, and in some cases 2 imports, is it worthwhile paying many thousands for the entry fee, or should we put that money into junior development or debt rationalisation?

Sorry, I posted this before I read Twin Vision. That pretty much covers it.

well well, someone who has my point of view! I know that abl is relevant but we honestly should be putting money into our juniors, imports never really stay around so why not develop the youth? Some clubs care to much about abl and not enough about the juniours...THEY ARE THE FUTURE!
