The championships which are held each year in differennt states of Australia and New Zealand are this year being held in Adelaide at the Wayville Stadium from Monday 9th October until Friday 13th October. With two mens divisions and one womens division some great basketball should be on display so get out for a look and support the team from South Australia.
The SA team will include some ABL players and the starters will include.
1. Ryan Meakin
2. Jason Bray
3. Simon Watkins
4. Greg Barton
5. Steve Denton
With some other talented role players coming off the bench the SA team will do very well this year..
Hightower, Tackleberry and Mahoney only made the second team!!! But they will be on show during the week with some good sound effects so get along and show some support!!!

One of the Brandon lads suits up for NSW, and fingers crossed next year the AFP will be suiting up the origian Land Lord, Simon Dwight. He just graduated from the AFP College.
Queensland suit up some pretty talents players as well, and the Kiwi's are always huge...

The standard for ball is pretty good. There are some great rivalries between VIC and NSW and any Aussie team against the Kiwi's. There are also the fun games where the lower ranked teams play for the fun.
In the past few years, the comp has been dominated by the Kiwi's and Victorians.
