NH - Porter dies in bathurst crash

Mark Porter has died following his massive crash at Bathurst on friday....

"Porter, 31, died at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney late Sunday afternoon after suffering serious head and chest injuries in a 180kph crash with David Clark during a second tier V8 race at the Bathurst 1000 meeting on Friday."

On an amazing day at the mountain this is very sad news.

Time between 1st and 2nd 0.5 seconds, between 3 rd and 4th .0005

05 was the great mans number that was born out of the 0.5 drink drive campaign,freaky stuff

hey ben what is even more freaky is the gap between 2nd and 3rd was 9 which is how many women brocky has been with at 1 time races at Bathurst brocky won.

I was at Bathurst and yes Porters death did ruin a very good day on sunday.
