Kings thinking about cutting an import

Recently rumoured and confirmed by Boti today is that the Sydney Kings have put import guard EJ Rowland on the block - he has to perform in Perth this round, or say goodbye.

You'd have to hope they have a replacement lined up because the alternative is 48 minutes of Luke Kendall, or time with BJ Carter running the point.

More than a couple of people have suggested that their other import, Rodney Elliott, should be the one to go. He's scoring well on a balanced team, but hardly seems to be firing on all cylinders.

Should make an interesting matchup - a ball hogging, must score points Rowland vs a well oiled Wildcats unit.

Hear Kevin Freeman may be back in the mix.

Looks like it could be a return to the days of the Kings changing imports like people change underwear.
