Martin Cattalini Hits 51 against Brisbane

Is it just me or is the Cat having a stand out season this year. Hope he does not waste that talent by making the boomers and riding the bench

And at the other end of the spectrum, Dann, McGregor and Rush combine for 0/23 FG against the Dragons!

That's a special achievement!

They reported on NBL.com that this was R.Rose's last game???

"This was veteran guard Robert Rose's last game for the Taipans, possibly spelling the end of a stellar 15-year NBL career for the 42-year-old who enjoyed stints with Townsville, Canberra, Adelaide and South East Melbourne"

Isaac that's phenomenal. Bad enough for 1 guy to go 0/8, two is rare air, but 3? Special

Just think in another 10 or so years, he would be a good pick up for the 36ers.

And 1 Assist, dude pass the ball. nah just playing. Snap Doc and TP. 51 is huge. Nice sturty.

Box Says Mee 9 dimes, how many were to Cat? didnt see the game, Stockton to Malone?

More importantly, they won. 51 would not be as impressive in a loss. Still impressive dont get me wrong.

On a side note at what point does a team learn defensively? Giving up 122, 51 of which to one Cat...

Also crappy shooting night for others too:

Luke Martin 2/9
Ebi Ere 5/16
Saville and Campbell combine for 4/19

Shanahan and Jingles combine for 2/12

Dream Team Move of the Year - "Catillini into the Starting lineup for Ebe Ere" 51 points, 98 in dream team, doubled to 196 coz of captaincy, with 1 game 2 go. 450 after 1 nyt. im feeling 1000 this round

Got Cat in dream team and NBL GM
NBL GM was toying up between Anstey (1 game 40pts), than Ellis (2 games 31points), but in the end settled for dusty (2 games 9 points?) GRRR bad move there.
also got Darnell so those dimes will do just nicely.

More money and better club support in Cairns.

Put him on the 36ers roster, and it'd be a top four team easily - we'd then have marquee players at 4/5 starting positions.

Also if the management had signed Phil and Steve in time, Cats contracts says he would have had to play here if they were coaching, as they were not signed we had no coach and therefore he was able to go elsewhere

Who got picked in front of him for the Boomers? Barlow? What a joke. If he's good enough, he's not too old enough.
