Brisbane off to a flying start.
The lead at quarter time - 39 to 24.
Dusty had an awesome 1st quarter scoring 10 points and pulling down 7 boards. Sam Mac also has 10 points.
Fraklin leads the scoring for the Dragons with 8.

Maybe but by rule he doesn't have to be.
2 Tech's on a HEAD Coach and he has to be ejected.

anon didnt copes get sent out with 2 techs and horvath ? so shouldnt have ellis
Copes was ejected because of his continued behaviour not because he had 2 Tech fouls.
Horvarth was fouled out.

I dont agree just found a heap of references that say it is an auto ejection from the game regardless, can an ump clarify?

2 unsportsmanlike fouls = ejection
1 technical foul can equal ejection if the ref decides, basically it is up to ref to decide when ejection should occur - but then it becomes a disqualifying foul

ref, if the ref is to make this decision, what guarantee is there that this decision is equitable and non biased? I am not an expert on this matter but surely the rule should be more black and white than that.
