Bio: Played with the Perry Lakes Hawks SBL club until moving to Canberra to attend the Australian Institute of Sport in 1994. He has represented Western Australia at under 16, under 18 and under 20 level, and was part of the Australias Silver Medal winning team at the World Junior Championships in 1995. Phil was also a member of the Gold Medal winning Australian under 23 team that won Gold in front of a capacity Melbourne Park crowd.
