Bio: A three-time All-West Coast Conference performer at Pepperdine, Gerald Brown signed with the Phoenix Suns after being bypassed in the 1998 NBA Draft and played in 33 games as a rookie, averaging 2.4 ppg. Brown, a 193cm guard, was Pepperdines leading scorer in each of his last three seasons, missing the 1996-97 season due to an ACL injury in his right knee. He averaged career-highs of 17.8 ppg and 5.9 rpg as a junior, then came back after sitting out a year and nearly matched those figures with marks of 16.9 ppg and 5.4 rpg as a senior.
