Redhage gets NBL Player of the Week
Perth forward Shawn Redhage has been named the National Basketball League's (NBL) Player of the Week for Round 22 after helping the Wildcats to a win over reigning premiers Melbourne.Looks like the loss to Wollongong hurt Schenscher's chances.
Redhage scored 28 points and pulled down seven rebounds (including six offensive), as well as adding five assists and three steals to lead the Wildcats to a 100-86 upset win over the Tigers at Challenge Stadium in the last game of the regular season.
Following very closely for the weekly honour was Luke Schenscher of the Adelaide 36ers. Schenscher put in a monster game with 37 points and 15 rebounds in a 102-95 loss to the Wollongong Hawks.
