36ers Salary cap?

'Locked into some crazy deals, it would free the 36ers, for example, to renegotiate some "over-the-top" contracts which now severely restrict the club's ability to get the best from the vast free agent crop.'

Who are these players Boti is referring to, is he just stirring some more crap? Maher & Balls were the only players on high end deals, but Maher is not on the books anymore.

Not that hard to work out seeing as though there are what 4 contracted players.

Ballinger
Bruce
Holmes
Hill

Hill would be the only reasonable contract out of those four

One would imagine that the 6'ers need to get into the nNBL before anything else happens.
With the talks of Seamus buying the Dome and the 6'ers it seems to me that the 6'ers finances are questionable at the very least.
Let them get a licence, and if they do Hemmerling will be a hero and sell the Sixers to Seamus. ;)

So what you are saying Kent is that the 36ers signed Holmes and Hill to decent contracts when not one other team in the NBL wanted them. How does that work, stupid management or just silly posts on forums......

The questions are who signed them who recruited them and other than Ballinger who represents them?Kersten as well

not saying that at all, plus you need to swap a name in the two you have listed for one that you haven't

Basically all teams are over the salary cap apart form the Sydney Spirit and Wollongong and that is because they cant afford it, not that they dont choose. With the increased salary cap and some dodgy deals most things will stay the same. But I'm sure that Ballinger and your ex import would have taken up a fair bit too.
