Cavs' Wallace hints at retirement

http://linky.com.au/21ejr

Any chance we can lure him Down Under?

It is true though, he is on the decline and body is banged up. Certainly been a great champion, but gone downhill since leaving the Pistons.

He got paid $14.5m USD this season according to ESPN. That is just over twice the total salary cap for the new NBL. It may be hard to lure him here, unless he's always dreamed of being a ringer for a small town team alah simpsons baseball.

if Wallace showed up for the team like he did the Pistons he woulda helped the King to the Finals !! instead the King had to do everything and that is why he is hurting right now !!

if you actually watched the games, ben wallace did his job, his job is not to score bu to block shots and play defence which is what he did and did it very well.

Best defensive player?

Mate you're bloody kidding yourself.

Dennis Rodman is the greatest defensive player ever followed by Charles Oakley.

Gerald rates high, but not as high as those big men quoted.

Mt Mutumbo was good in the old days when he wag his finger "no no no" .. the best defender today is Kobe - when he clamp down on somebody is over for them - an example is the Olympics ...
