Absolutely dreaming at the price asked IMO. A lot of upkeep required for minimal earnings and an audience that isn't always easy to monetise. If it's making what the owner says it's making and it's the upkeep that's proving difficult, the owner should spend the earnings on cheap maintenance (some kid doing five hours/week).

At the asking price, run away. It'd be a death trap given the upkeep.

How much are they asking for? How much is the Owner saying it is making? I had a look but didn't see any figures. It would be interesting to know
