One of the advantages to me is that basketball is an indoor sport and can be played in all conditions. That is ef the stadium is not Hillcrest. How many other stadiums are affected by today's rain and hence having games cancelled

I remember playing juniors at Hillcrest about 20 years ago, and having to dodge a towel placed on the floor under the basket at one end to catch water dripping from the ceiling.

north south and west are mid-large clubs and need better stadiums - minimum of three courts.
it would create employment, a community resource and as new facility would give the community some new found pride. even just a few million spent towards our sport in ratio with the amount of players to what has been spent on other sports and their amount of ratio of players to monies spent.
bsa / the clubs and councils / government surely must be working towards this in their strategic plans.
Marion Council have put out requests for Sporting Club upgrades in their new council booklet. I wonder if anyone from BSA or South have bothered even trying to get some of this...

BSA are to blame for that failure
Lets be honest, South are a dying club with terrible numbers so why should they get another stadium
