Sunday games at 7.30pm?

Why are the games on at 7.30pm?

My program says 4.00pm sundays

I believe most are 7.30 pm and and a few are 4ish. At 7.30 maybe because ONE forced them to as they must show them within 3 hrs but dont seem to want to show the NBL any other time than late at night.
