Trevour Gleeson headed to Puerto Rico

Ive just heard that Gleeson has accepted an offer for an assistant coaching job in Puerto Rico. Apparently a very strong league.

He moved to Melbourne so his wife could have the best surgeons and care, for her breast cancer recovery.
They had family there so there was a support group for themselves and their 2 kids etc.

thats what i thought. but now what? its not as simple as that, treatment takes much longer than a season. so he would essentially have to leave them here?

It was obvious Gleeson would need to head overseas after this... we discussed it on our first "Hyping the Hoopla" podcast at www.aussiehoopla.com

Lets hope he gets a full 2 season's worth of pay out. I for one would want nothing to do with the Tigers ever again.
