Denver Nuggets home record this season

They traded scoring champ Melo to the Knicks and got back (in part) a Euro-draft pick that was jeered when drafted in the first round.

Fast forward a bit and this year Denver went 38-3 at home. The only teams in history to top that home record were the Celtics (40-1, with Bird), Bulls (39-2 twice, with Jordan), Magic (39-2, with Shaq and Penny) and Cavs (39-2, with LeBron).

Pretty impressive and exactly what you'd want to see as an owner - your team entertaining their own fans almost every game night with a win.

Its going to be real tough for Boguts Warriors to win the first round against them. The warriors would have been better off finishing below LA and play the Spurs who have been average in recent weeks.

I thought it was going to be a good year for the Nuggets when they really stepped it up and were unlucky to get knocked out in the playoffs (round one to the Lakers). Ty Lawson has taken a massive step up and their players are really tough and hard. Kenneth Faried is one of those guys who you love to have on your team, hate playing against. Same can be said for Javale McGee.

The most exciting team to watch in the NBA. They play unselfish ball. You can see they have fun. They play great transition basketball. Very young team too - so look out in future. Go Nuggets!
