I always buy from Eastbay. longest I have waited is 4 days. shipping is expensive at close to 30% of the order but it is quick. whit that being said you can always find a 20% off code reasonably easy.
The exchange rate at the moment kills it though...

Look up sibraa sports on facebook. They are from Australia and import shoes and other sports gear quickly.
Kobe 9s size 13 easy, Eastbay, myfootyboots.com.au, and footlocker have frequent drops, Kickz101 and more
Don't pay the importers, they rob you blind for the privelege and often import fakes.

go to a nike factory outlet... have heaps of basketball shoes ussualy a model old tho! Hyperdunk 2014's cost $120 down from $200, Lebron 11 $160 down from $280 and KD 6 about $100 down from 170 or so... and have sizes from 10 all way to 15
