Victoria Metro and Country teams showing some amazing talent and results at the Southern Cross Challenge. Some states off the pace a little with the home state setting the bar at another level.

I'm with tdbs. Why the other states even bother to turn up si beyond me! BA could make a huge saving by just working with the one junior comp. All the other kids should just stick to their iPads and forget basketball.

These are the developing players not those already selected for state squads/teams so get a grip everyone !!!
How can developing players be playing Div 2 or 3 for their local clubs. There must be something wrong with talent identification!!
SA teams are all bottom age players being developed for 2016 nationals, none would be in consideration for this year!
This is a Talent Identification tournament, that's all.
Really,
Their gold medal winning girls last year had 5 bottom age players.
And in the boys you'd think considering how poorly the top age boys did at ECC at least a could bottom age would make the group.
So, who did VIC M defeat at the SCC, anyone of note? Seems the best teams were actually at the Country Cup or somewhere else? It doesn't really count when you beat yourself?
