NBA League Pass

Has anyone else had problems registering for an NBA League Pass? Cannot use PayPal for payment and system will not recognise my credit card (not a funds issue), NBA online help desk completely useless!
What other options are there for streaming NBA League games? Any suggestions?

We struggled with buying a league pass. We eventually gave up on PayPal and used a credit card. The credit card didn't go thru until we used th international prefix for the telephone number they wanted (a require field) once that was fixed then they accepted the card no problems.
