Sydney
Adelaide
Sydney, Bendigo, Perth, Townsville

I think Dandenong could find the trip to Adelaide and then backing up at home tough. Lightning back at Wayville which is far more of a home court advantage than Titanium Arena.

Expect the top 3 to pull away from the pack

Flames with a strong 2nd half were able to get a good win.

Perth's Louella Tomlinson had to be taken off after an ankle injury. I spoke to Tess Lavey after the game and she said that Lou had stepped on someone's foot and rolled the ankle. Hopefully it's not going to keep her out long.

big effort by opal nat burton to step up in tomlinsons absence and rip down 4 boards to go with her 3-10 shooting but even that wasn't enough to drag her team over the line

Knee injury means Penaluna is likely to miss the Boomers-Spirit game

4 games today:

Rangers $1.61
Flames $2.20

Spirit $1.28
Boomers $3.25

Capitals $4.75
Lynx $1.15

Fire $1.25
Stars $3.50

I have to say I am very tempted by those Caps odds. Lynx are not in great form recently, we're on the road, and we're without Louella for this one. $1.15 is crazy.

Very happy to see the team end that losing streak.
Sami terrorising the Caps with 8 steals to go with her 25 points, and Laney with 27 & 10. Some handy contributions off the bench too.
Well done to the 2 players who showed up for Canberra.

32 point 1st quarter - would be one of the highest for the season ?

Big win by SEQ with 3 players on the bench.

Not sure how Townsville lost the rebounding battle in that game...

Great effort by SEQ! Pretty sure Hooper had 19 at half time, so to keep going and win with her having a scoreless half is quite an effort. Everyone stepped up big time.

That keeps the comp interesting with the top 3 teams all losing games this round, and the next 3 all winning.

Yeah that was a superb win for the Stars. It was tied up to start the 4th until 4 minutes of Bec Allen magic took the game away from the hosts. SEQ eventually winning the Q 27-17 and the game by the same margin. The win looks even better considering the absence of Ibekwe and poor fg shooting of Payne and Jarry (18% & 20%) but both players aced it from the free-throw line (7/7 & 11/12). Fires 16 turnovers were converted into 18 points by SEQ. Apart from Garbin, the Fire got little help from their bench.
