Jerome Randle in NBL Aussie team for China series

An NBL All-Australian team will head to China next month to play the Chinese national team as Australian basketball continues its push into one of the world's biggest markets.

The CPA Australia NBL All-Australian team supported by Swisse will kick off a three game tour against China in Beijing on July 5.

The series will also feature games in Jilin on July 7 and Dongguan on July 9 with all three games to be broadcast live on Fox Sports in Australia.


The Australian squad for the tour of China is:

Nick Kay Illawarra Hawks

Looks like it's around the same time as the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas so appears no NBA love for Randle.

Smart move, his best bet at a big payday is probably in China if he doesn't get an NBA deal.
