Some talent performing well, even in the heat.
Top performers pretty much the same kids as at Nationals 2017.

Was interesting to see how it was run this year vs last. In past it had opening ceremony and a bit more of an event feel, this time around it lacked a bit of atmosphere.
Few kids names we will see a lot of in coming years including some from SA which is exciting to note.
We will see alot of vic names again.
70 per cent of players in national teams in the next 5 years will be Victorian.
03/04 and 05 kids.

Talent was very good from VIC, true however there are a few very strong talents from WA and SA too. QLD is deep with talent and NSW has a few.
There are kids who have barely sprouted/hit puberty who faired well - wouldnt be picking out future Australian teams from 04/05 talent yet.
One girl from Victoria was so impressive, she will be a force to be reckoned with.
lots of big post players in the boys (04)
very few in the girls although there are a lot of 5'11-6'0 players who can handle the ball a bit.

Will be interesting to see these kids over the next few years really strengthen their game. Like Smith said many have yet to hit physical development so very hard to predict at this age. Some of the athleticism of the boys was very impressive! Also great to see some known faces around in the coaching staff.
