The problem as i see it

There seems to be a lack of cohesion within the group at the moment.

The level of turnovers in the past few games has risen showing that the offence is breaking down more often.

Are the players tiring as the season goes on? The compacted season sees the team playing a lot more in a shorter space of time.

Our Bigs just simply are not getting the job done on the boards. Look at our board stats against the Kings and compare that to what Melbourne got last night.

There is no passion on the floor at the moment.

The rotation of the forwards also seems to have given doubts to a few players, Dusty in particular seems to have gone missing.

Oscar not droping his shots with the same confidence as he has shown.

Willie seems to be grand standing at the moment. Playing D and making shots only when we are in trouble. He is responding to situations but not leading the team for the whole game. There is a quote from "White Men Can't Jump" that seems to suit his current style at the moment.

Hate to say but at the moment he is a liability to the team, because he is not stepping up Brett is feeling the extra pressure and in turn not playing his best ball.

We need to re tool this team at the end of the year or look at some heart surgery to refire the squad into life again.

Anon...well, the portion of the last season when Maher was out with an injury comes straight to mind. Farley worked his ass off all of those games on both ends of the court, hardly getting any time on the bench for rest, leading the team to a fairly good record without a best player and floor leader.

last night was really bad for willie he did phone the D in for the first 3/4 (did the same against sydney) i also saw him in the last punching his heart at the hunter pack when comng back from a timeout. Its just frustrating, i dont care if he is not scoring but you can always play in your face D and when he does that he plays good. Game was just sooooo flat as well, with the tigers win as well and the tigers and kings in the same week we are now in real trouble.
