they say its AUS but EB have no confirmation from the distributor. The past couple of years it been late for months though. Just D/L the demo on xbox live and its a good play, shame they just limited it to 1 4 min qtr though.

asif - I can't find it on any of the usual Aussie retailers yet either (EB, Berlin Wall, Ezy, etc.) You can preorder it on Amazon is about the only thing I can think of; other than that, just sit tight for another week or two! Amazon isn't releasing it for another month still (November 3rd), so realistically it could still be a month or so before it arrives here.

It will take some time the 2k9 crew stuffed up on the serial codes.... some crazy printing error!!!!

you can buy one off ebay, but you will need to contact 2k9 via email or phone and send the games product code so they can confirm the games legit and hook you up a serial code....

or just be a smart ass and use a torrent...lol
