what has FIBA missed?

Sure, the FIBA Rules mob can pretend it's been busy: http://www.basketball.net.au/fs_newsitem.asp?id=6005&orgID=1&Oname=BA&O1c=8&O10c=8

But I think this forum can come up with better rule changes. For starters:

* No Paul Rees post move can be done faster than slow motion;

* To be designated as a basketball powerhouse, Eastern European nations must send all their kids to train eight hours a day, seven days a week from the age of 3;

* Constant and reckless cherry-picking by lazy pretty boys (and girls) will result in them being Td up;

* Umpires who have to wear glasses with lenses thicker than the strap holding their whistle around their neck are not allowed to umpire;

* Shots made from beyond halfway count for 7 (at least);

Feel free to add your own - I'm sure FIBA will watch this thread with interest.
