Do we at present have any coaches in SA to go to the next level?
e.g NBL, college, WNBL.

Tracy York perhaps? Has been a technical coach for the Boomers, possibly a WNBL gig? Maybe the first female coach into the NBL?

Rupert Sapwell will be another to coach at NBL level, when the time is right for him.

I dont know if he would be looking now because of the Academy, but Scott Ninnis wouldn't be a bad idea for some of the NBL teams out there.
