Jump Around is by House of Pain. To mis-credit this classic is nothing short of blasphemy. I agree with it being a great pump up track.

You like Huey Lewis and the News? Their early work was a little too New Wave for my taste. But then 'Sports' came out in 1983, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically.

Its unbeliveable how hard it is to find solid fast upbeat tempo warm up music that is of the rap genre. Rock has been so much easier threw my search. I am looking f0r similar sogns with similar up beat tempos of rap songs such as DMX- X gonna Give it to ya, or eminem- Lose your self, Trick daddy- Lets Go. I warmed up to this at my last basketball game and it literally puts you in a trance, incredible.

Seriously enough, we do Low Rider when the basketball team begins to stretch, they get a kick out of it, goof off a bit.

Wouldn't play it for the biggest game of the season, but would for some others.

Whatever idiot listens to Michael Jackson before a basketball game should be ready to lose. If you didn't know that listening to that man before a basketball game is bad luck, then you really need to get out. And he doesn't make pumped up music either, so how you team would get pumped up listening to him is beyond me.
